If you have Office 365 subscription, you can visit portal.azure.com and add the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud application from the store.
Go to Azure Active Directory > Enterprise applications > New application.
You will be directed to Browse Azure AD Gallery page.
In the search box, enter servicedesk plus (Cloud).
Select ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud) card and click Sign up for ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud).
Once you login using Office 365, you will see an option to import users from Azure in the Requesters page.

You can pin ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud) to the app launcher in Office 365 to find them easily.
To pin ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud)
Click the
App Launcher icon in the top left corner of the page.
Click All apps.
Enter servicedesk plus cloud in the search bar.
Hover over the ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud) app and click the three dots.
Select Pin to launcher.
