Configuring Organization Details
You can configure the organization's address and contact details along with the time zone and the company logo in the organization Directory.
To configure these things,
- Head to ESM Directory by clicking the Instances icon
[Present at the top left corner of the application].
- Select Organization Details.
- Enter your Organisation Name.
- Specify your Business Location and configure a Time Zone.
- Enter your Primary Contact information (Email address) and other Contact Information (phone number, fax number and website address).
- Upload/change Company Logo.
- Under Other Settings, enable the toggle button if you wish to allow SDAdmins to edit the primary email of users at a later stage. When enabled, OrgAdmins/SDAdmins can edit the primary email of users via CSV import or provisioning tools. Users can also edit their primary email under Profile > My Account.
- Click Save.
