Password Manager Pro is an on-premises application that allows you to securely store and manage sensitive information such as passwords, documents, and digital identities. With Password Manager Pro, you can manage, monitor, and audit the complete life cycle of privileged access. It supports privileged access management, privileged session management, and remote session management.
Integration of Password Manager Pro with ServiceDesk Plus Cloud allows you to automatically validate service requests relating to privileged access based on ticket ID. This ensures that users can access the authorized privileged passwords only with a valid ticket ID. This integration also extends to Password Manager Pro workflow, which helps in granting approvals to password access requests by automatically validating corresponding service requests in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.
