Picking Up a Change


ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand provides an option for the technicians to pick up a change. If there are unassigned changes, the technicians can pick up any of the unassigned changes from the list.

The self-picking a change reduces the waiting time to assign the change to each technician. This, in turn, increases the turnaround time and the efficiency of the IT help desk team.
