Problem closure code allows users to specify the reason for closing a problem. The SDAdmin can define closure codes specific to problems. By default, Canceled, Failed, Postponed, Success, and Unable to Reproduce are the available closure codes.

Go to Setup > Customization > Problem Management > Closure Code.
Click New Closure Code.
Provide a unique name and description for the closure code.
Click Save.

To edit/delete a closure code, click
beside the closure code and select Edit/Delete.
