Change Details Page: Release Stage

When a change is in the release stage, the change details page will display the following tabs.

Details

In the details tab, the scheduled start and scheduled end are pre-populated as configured in the Planning stage >> Schedule >> Release Schedule. Users with edit permissions for the planning stage can modify this schedule before the planning stage is completed.

The actual start, actual end, and description can be updated by users with edit permissions for the release stage. They can also upload issues either from the computer or from the cloud.

Downtime

This refers to the probable downtime when releasing the change. The scheduled start and scheduled end configured under the downtime schedule of the Planning stage will be displayed here unless a release is associated. Users who have edit permissions for the release stage can update the actual start and actual end.

If a release is associated with the change, the downtime scheduled in the associated release process will be displayed as read-only information. The downtime added in the change's Planning stage will not be displayed.

Associations

You can initiate and associate a release request with a change record to track the deployment of the change.

Apart from the above information, you can track tasksapprovals (if configured in the workflow), and status comments tabs as in other stages.
