Release-Related Communication
Make Announcements
You can send announcements from release requests to users company-wide or select users. You can also send an announcement to specific user groups.
In the release details page, go to Actions >> Make an Announcement.
Fill out the displayed form and click Save.
Send Notifications
To send a notification from a release request, go to Actions >> Send Notification from the release details page.

Fill out the message and click Send.
Track Conversations
All your release-related communication including notifications and notes can be tracked under the Conversations tab in the release details page. Conversations will also be available in the print preview. You can
filter the system notifications, user emails, and notes separately. To preview and item, simply click it.
