Mark Task Dependencies 

Task dependencies help define a clear sequence of the tasks to be performed. Task dependencies are important because sometimes the deliverable of one task will form the input details for the following task.

Go to a stage and click Tasks >> Mark Task Dependency.

The Task Dependency page will be displayed. Let's say we have defined four tasks for the Firewall Upgrade Release, thus:

 

 

As you will notice, for the task displayed right on the top to be completed, the last task and the second task must be performed sequentially. To do that, click the last task and drag the arrow up to the second task, as shown below:

 

 

Then, repeat the process with the second task as the source node and the last task as the target node.

 

 

At any time, you can revisit or delete the dependencies by hovering the mouse pointer over the link between the dependencies and click the cross displayed.

You can reload the page, alter the layout, save the dependency map as a PDF document, and review the recent changes using the options in the upper-right of the page.
