You can set the taskbar color based on colors configured for the following task attributes.
Each bar on the calendar indicates a task. Users can configure Task Status, Task Priority, and Task Type with different colors under Setup >> Helpdesk (Customization).
Default color is shown when the priority/type of the task is Not-Assigned and Task Status/Task Priority/Task Type is not set.
This allows users to filter the tasks for a particular time and a time scale. Users can find the below-listed scales in the Resource Management View.

Users can select the custom date ranges for start and end date fields.
