Create bookings and track booking details under Spaces > Bookings. Alternatively, you can create bookings from Quick Actions > New Booking.

Go to Spaces > Bookings.
Click New Booking.
Fill out the form as directed.

Private Booking |
Private bookings are visible only to the user who created the booking, owner, approver, and participants. |
Click Book.

From the bookings list view, you can add, edit, cancel, or delete bookings.
To edit, delete, or cancel the booking, click Actions
beside the booking and select the required option.
To bulk delete bookings, select the required bookings and click Delete.
Use filters or the search option at the top of the page to find a particular booking.
Switch between the table view and classic view by using the respective icons
(List View, Template View) on the top right corner.
Quickly view the scheduled, completed, and pending approval bookings from the Rooms/Spaces Availability
calendar.

Click a booking from the list view to get its details page. On the details page, you can view all the details related to the booking, associated incident and service requests, and booking history.

Use the Actions drop-down to associate incident/service requests and set reminders.
Edit, cancel, and delete the booking using the respective buttons on the top of the page.
The Associations tab displays all the associated incident and service requests.
The History tab records all actions performed on a booking.
