Technicians can test the functionality of various modules and features in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud by populating sample data in their setups. After testing, the sample data can be cleaned.
Role Required: OrgAdmin or SDAdmin
OrgAdmins can populate sample data while creating their organization by selecting Experience Help Desk with Sample Data option.

SDAdmins can populate sample data from the pop-up in the Setup page after a organization or service desk instance is created.

You can skip sample data population. The pop-up in the Setup page will be removed permanently, and sample data can no longer be created. You can contact support to populate sample data later, if needed.

Sample data will be populated in all modules and admin configurations under Setup. Technicians can create records with sample configurations, edit sample data, or delete them.
After testing the sample data, you can clear the sample data from your setups to use ServiceDesk Plus Cloud for your organization.
Go to the Setup page and select the relevant option from the Remove Sample Data pop-up:
