Let's say the Firewall on your network needs to be upgraded, and a change request is initiated for the same. While the Firewall upgrade is a routine activity, it requires risk analysis, downtime estimation, critical planning, and controlled release into the production IT environment. Using a release request, you can formulate and track the Firewall upgrade process.
After the change request created for the Firewall upgrade is authorized, initiate a release request on the Firewall template and associate the Firewall workflow.
