Searching Requests

In the Request module, you can search through all system fields, additional fields, attachment names, merged request IDs, description, conversations (non-automated responses alone), and notes. All Active, Trashed, and Archived requests can also be searched. The search results can be viewed as a table or a template.

You'll find the search field on the upper-right corner of the application window. When you click inside the search field, a drop-down list with various request fields appears. You can select the appropriate field to further refine your search.

 

To restrict your search to only description, notifications, and notes, choose the Request Contents field by clicking on More in the drop-down menu.

 

To search through Trash requests modify the filter to include Trash Requests, as shown.

To search through Archived Requests, select Archived Requests in the Search drop-down list.
