Send Notifications
After problem record creation, you can notify the appropriate incident end-user or incident technician(cause for problem initiation) using 'Notify Incident Technicians' or 'Notify Incident Users' actions
Sending notifications
- Click the Problems tab. This opens the Problems List View page.
- Click the subject link of the problem for which the notification has to be sent. This opens the Problem Details page.
- Go to Actions >> Send notification.
- In the Send notification window, specify the To, Cc and Bcc addresses.
- Edit the Subject and Description of the notification in the given text field.
- Click Send.
