ServiceDesk Plus Cloud helps monitor various service packs like hotfixes, security updates, installers, etc. by scanning workstations.
To view the service pack,
Go to Assets > Software & Licenses > Service Packs.
Click the service pack name to view its details.
On the details page, you will find detailed information, including the number of installations with and without the service pack, as well as the software that the service pack applies to.

Edit Service Packs
On the service details page, click Edit, and make necessary changes.
Delete Service Packs
You can delete a service pack from the list view or details page.
On the service pack list view, select the required service packs.
Click Delete at the top of the page.
Alternatively, go to the service pack details page and click Delete at the top of the page.
