Campus is the foremost space unit under the Space module. It encompasses Structures, Floors, Rooms, and Facility Services. You can add Campus information such as the Site it is associated to, Area, Supervisors, Amenities, etc.
To create a new campus,
Go to the Space module.
Click New Campus and fill out the details such as Name, Site, Area, and Supervisors in the New Campus form. If you have created a campus type, you can use that to create the campus information. Click here to learn more about creating space types.
You can also include information on amenities and criticalities such as any chemical waste, explosives, &etc, present in the campus as well as attach images of the campus. Once added, the amenities and criticality details will be displayed with respective icons in the details page for easy identification. Total capacity and occupied capacity can only be entered for Non-buildings, rooms, and partitions (in rooms).

From the campus list view, you can add, edit or delete campuses. You can also view the campuses in Space Tree to get an overview of structures, floors, rooms&spaces and associations under them.
To add a new campus,
Go to Space > Campus and click on the +New and fill out the displayed form.
To edit or delete a campus, click on the
icon and perform the preferred action.
You can use filters or the search option at the header to find a particular campus.
You can switch between table view and classic view by using the respective icons
(List View, Template View) on the top right corner.

Click on a campus from the list view to get to the details page of that campus. From there you can view all the details related to the campus, add Structures, associate requests/assets/facility services, add documents, and view history.

To add new structures to the campus,
In addition, you can also add documents related to the campus such as a fire evacuation plan, blueprint of the campus & etc, from under the Documents tab. You can view the record of all events done on the campus from under the History tab.
