Under Structures you can add information on all the infrastructure that is present in your organization. You can add buildings as well as non building structures such as parking lots, and play areas under this. This will help in categorizing available spaces based on structures on your campus.
To add a new Building/Non-Building structure,
Click New Structure in the header and select New Structure or Non Building Structure and fill out the details such as Name, Campus, Site, Area, and Supervisors in the form that loads.
If you have created a structure type, you can use it. Click here to learn more about creating a type for structures.
If the building has floors and rooms, you can add them under Child Configuration.
You can also include amenities and criticalities, such as chemical waste, explosives,etc, present in the structure, as well as attach images. Once added, the amenities and criticality details will be displayed with respective icons on the details page for easy identification. Total capacity and occupied capacity can only be entered for Non-buildings, rooms, and partitions (in rooms).
Click Save.

From the structure list view, you can add, edit or delete structures. You can also view structures in Space Tree to get an overview of the floors, rooms and associations under them, as well as view the campus on which they are located.
To add a new structure, click on the New Building/ New Nonbuilding Structure and fill out the displayed form.
To edit or delete a structure, click on the
icon and perform the preferred action.
You can use filters or the search option at the header to find a particular structure.
You can switch between table view and classic view by using the respective icons
(List View, Template View) in the top right corner.

Click on a structure from the list view to get to the details page of that structure. From there, you can view all the details related to the structure, add floors, rooms and spaces, associate requests/assets/facility services, add documents, and view history.

To add new floors & rooms to the structure, go to Floors or Rooms& Space tab, click +New and fill out the displayed form. To associate a request, click Create Incident/Create Service Request at the header and fill out the displayed form. The created request will get associated with the structure automatically.
You can associate assets and facility services with the structure under the Associated Assets and Associated Facility Services sections.
In addition, you can also add documents related to the structure, such as a fire evacuation plan, blueprint of the structure & etc, from under the Documents tab. You can view the record of all events done in the structure from under the History tab.
