Submit Request for approval


You can submit the request for approval to a manager using the Submit for Approval option

  1. Click the Requests tab in the header pane. This opens the Request List View page.
  2. Click the subject link of the request that wishes to submit for approval. This opens the Request Details page.
  3. Go to the Approval tab and click Submit for approval. Alternatively, you can also go to Actions > Submit for approval

 

 

  1. Specify the To address. This is a mandatory field.
  2. Edit the subject and specify the relevant subject in the given field. This is a mandatory field.   
  3. Enter a relevant Description in the given text field. $ApprovalLink is a variable. It should be available with the mail to replace the variable with the link where you have the request details.
  4. Click Send to send the mail for approval.

Approving the request:
