Timesheet
Timesheet tab is a single stop solution for viewing the total time spent by project members on various Tasks of a Project. And by summing up the total time spent, the Timesheet tab also displays the cumulative time spent by all the project members on various tasks.
Timesheet reflects the technician hours spent information from the work logs of various Tasks.
You can also view the work log details of tasks pertaining to a project member. To view these details:
- Click the respective member's name in the Timesheet ListView.
- You can export the timesheet by clicking Export as PDF.
Advantages:
- Provides bird's eye view of total time spent on the project
- Aids in preventive maintenance while working on similar projects in the future
- Helps evaluate scheduled project against the real-time project
- Supplements on-schedule project completion
Milestone Timesheet logs the time spent on Tasks belonging to that specific Milestone, whereas the Project Timesheet tab logs the time spent on all the Tasks belonging to the Project.
