ServiceDesk Plus Cloud allows you to delete and restore milestones. Deleted milestones are moved to trash along with their associated tasks. You can restore milestones from trash within 30 days from the time of deletion.
Role Required: SDAdmin, Project Admin, Project Manager, Members with Delete Milestones permission
Go to Projects.
Select a project and go to the Milestones tab.
Select the milestones you want to delete and click Delete.
You can also delete a milestone from its details page by clicking Delete Milestone on the top of the page.

To view trashed milestones, select Trashed Milestones from the filter drop-down on the milestones list view.

You can restore or permanently delete milestones from the trashed milestones list view.
Go to milestones list view.
Select Trashed Milestones from the filter drop-down.
On the trashed milestones list view, select milestones and click Restore or Delete.
You can also restore/delete a milestone from its details view.
