ServiceDesk Plus Cloud allows you to delete and restore solutions. Deleted solutions are moved to trash. You can restore solutions from trash within 30 days from the date of deletion.
Role Required: SDAdmins; Users with Delete Solutions permission.
Go to Solutions.
Click
> Delete beside a solution you want to delete. Alternatively, you can delete a solution from its details view.
To bulk delete solutions, select multiple solutions and click Delete on the toolbar.

On the solutions list/template view, select Trashed Solutions using the filter drop-down as shown in the screenshot below.

On the solutions list/template view, go to the left pane.
Hover over the required topic and click
> Delete.
Select whether to delete the sub-topics and solutions or to move them to another topic.
While deleting,

To delete the topic permanently, hover over the inactive topic and click
> Delete Forever.
Click Show/Hide Deleted Topics
icon on the left pane to view or hide the inactive topics.

You can restore inactive topics by hovering over and clicking
> Restore. After restoring the topic, you can restore solutions from the trashed solutions list view.

On the solutions list/template view, select Trashed Solutions from the filter drop-down.
Click
> Restore beside the solution you want to restore. Alternatively, you can restore a solution from its details view.
To bulk restore solutions, select multiple solutions and click Restore in the toolbar.
