Automate actions on project requests in the service desk that match specific conditions.
Role Required: SDAdmin
Go to Setup > Automation > Triggers and select Triggers for Projects from the module drop-down.
Click New Trigger and configure the New Trigger form as explained below:

This option is selected by default and indicates that the trigger is usable. If disabled, the trigger will not be executed. |

Configure Actions:
Configure custom actions to be performed when a project satisfies the specified criteria. You can create tasks, send email or SMS notifications, execute custom functions, or use webhooks to invoke third-party applications. To learn more about custom actions, click here.
After configuring the trigger, click Save.

After triggers are created, they are listed on the list view page where you can perform the following actions:
> Edit beside the required trigger.
> Enable/Disable beside the required trigger. The option differs based on the status of the trigger. You can also use the toggle option under Status column.
> Delete beside the required trigger.
