You can view the software details such as license expiry date, manufacturer, compliance type, and so on.
From the Software list view page, select Managed from the All Software filter drop-down, to view the license details of the software. All the licensed software comes under the Managed software type.
Click the software name to view the software details.
In the software details page, you can view Product Name, Version, Manufacturer, and Category. Scan Type and Scan Rule value will be available only for software suites.
You can also view License Agreements, Installations, Licenses, Usages, and History.
For software suite, a list of associated component software will be displayed. Suite component software can be added/deleted from the Suite Component Software section.
This section shows all the associated license agreements for the software.
Licensed installations
You can view the licensed installations, allocated license details and deallocate licenses in this section.
Unlicensed installations
You can view the list of unlicensed installations, unlicensed software users, and allocate license in this section.

Suite Installations section will be displayed for the software suite and component software. Suite installations can be managed by clicking Manage Suite Installations.
Under purchased licenses, you can view the number of purchased licenses, license type, Installation details, license key details, etc. Purchased licenses are grouped based on the license types.
To delete the purchased licenses,
Select the purchased licenses from the list by enabling the checkbox.
Click Delete. A window pops up to get your confirmation on the delete operation.
Click Yes to proceed. You can see the software licenses getting deleted from the list.
To move licenses to a selected site,
Select the licenses to be moved to the site by enabling the checkbox.
Select the site from the Move License to Site list. You can see the licenses moved to the selected site.
This section displays the list of licenses remaining after the usage and downgrade licenses.
Note: Clicking Auto Allocate License assigns all unallocated licenses to workstations automatically.
Usages
This page contains the list of workstations where the software is installed and their assigned user/department.
History
You can view the software history captured during the software scan such as the installed date, uninstalled date or updated date.
The licenses summary is on the right panel of the software details page. This section contains details of the Software, Installation Summary, and Licenses Summary.
For suite component software, software suite and suite installation details will be displayed along with other details.
Installations: Count of software installations.
For suite component software, Installations will be excluded from suite installation count.
For example, assume Word 2017 is a suite component software available in 2 machines. If one of the machines is treated as suite installation, then the installed count of Word 2017 will be 1.
Purchased Licenses: Count of purchased licenses for the current software.
Downgrade Licenses: Count of software licenses with downgrade rights to the current software
Installations Allowed: The sum of Installations Allowed of the all purchased licenses for this software. If the software has Enterprise or free License, this will be shown as Unlimited.
Allocated: Count of installations for which licenses are allocated
Allocated to downgrades: Count of installations for which the current software's downgrade rights have been allocated. For example, if a "Windows 8" software license is allocated to two "Windows 7" installations, then allocated to downgrades will be displayed as 2 in the "Windows 8" software details page.
Available: Count of software installations for which licenses are available for allocation.
