System Logs

System Logs is where you can access more historical information on activities done in the application. All information pertaining to the key activities done in the application such as under Admin, Requests, Problems, Changes, Projects, Purchases, Solutions, etc are recorded here. In addition to these, user addition, deletion, updation details as well as mail configuration details are also recorded. You can view the logs as well as export them as CSV and XLS files.

To access the system log,

• Go to Setup >> Data administration >> System Logs.
• From the System Log list view, click on any specific log to view the details. 

Delete Logs

If you want to delete a log or multiple log files, select the log(s) and click Delete at the top. You can also click Delete all to delete all the log files at once.  

Export Logs

You can export the system log as a CSV or an XLS file. Click on the Export as button at the top to export the log files.
