Viewing Survey Results


The survey results from Zoho Survey and ServiceDesk Plus Cloud Survey are recorded on this page, under respective tabs.

If Zoho Survey was never integrated, only ServiceDesk Plus Survey results will be displayed. However, if Zoho Survey was enabled at least once, the results from Zoho Surveys will be retained on this page even if the integration was disabled later.

You can also view the results of the survey for a request from the request details page by clicking View Survey Results on the right pane.

Zoho Survey Results 

The results of surveys that were configured in Zoho Survey and sent from ServiceDesk Plus Cloud are listed. You can view information regarding the survey results such as,

 

 

ServiceDesk Plus Survey Results 

This page lists the results of each survey created and sent from ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, along with all the associated details.

You can use the  icon and go to the Column Chooser drop-down to select the details you wish to view on the results page.

 

 

Survey Language for Requesters  

When taking up the survey, if the requester is signed into ServiceDesk Plus Cloud with their credentials, the display language of survey will be set according to the requester 's preferred language in their Zoho Accounts user profile. If the requester is not signed into the application, the display language is the language set according to the user's browser locale language.
