Worklog Type

Worklog type allows you to record the different modes of technicians' work input as travel, on-site visit, remote support, phone call, overtime support, weekend support and more. Recording the worklog type will assist you in tracking a range of charges incurred by the technicians for their services.

Technicians get to select the worklog type when creating their worklogs in requests.

Adding worklog types

Navigate to Setup >>Customization>>Helpdesk>>Worklog Type.

Click New Worklog Type, fill out the details and click Save.
