Customize Ask Zia for technicians and requesters.

Ask Zia is available in two chatbot types: Conversational and Classic

This document explains the benefits and usage of these chatbot types.

Benefits of Zia chatbot customization:

Bot Name*

Enter a unique bot name to help users identify your virtual agent.

Bot Header*

Provide a suitable title to be displayed on the bot header.

Header Icon

Click Change to provide the desired header icon.

  • You can upload the header icon from your computer or from cloud.
  • Click Reset to revert to default icon.

Welcome Message*

Enter a welcome message in the text box.

Bot theme

Choose the bot theme from the ready-to-use presets.

Bot Avatar

Choose the bot avatar from ready-to-use presets or configure your avatar by selecting Attach files from computer or Attach files from Cloud.  

Chatbot settings

Auto pop up chatbot: Chatbot window automatically opens up/pops up every time the user logs in to ServiceDesk Plus.

Auto clear chats on browser refresh: Enable to clear all your conversations when the browser is refreshed.
