Usage Stats

Usage stats provide a computed summary of actions invoked via Zia. The stats help administrators identify actions frequently accessed by users and measure the performance of each action.

Currently, only actions invoked via blended conversations and Zia actions are listed under usage stats.

Use Cases 

Organizations can understand users' engagement with Zia actions and blended conversations to:

Access Usage Stats 

Go to Setup > Zia > Zia Chatbot > Usage Stats.

By default, the usage stats for Zia Actions are displayed. Use the drop-down next to the Usage Stats title to view the stats for blended conversations.

 

 

The following tables display the usage stats for selected Zia component (Zia actions/blended conversations):

 

 

Actions invoked via Blended Conversation flows can take up to 30 minutes to be updated in Usage Stats. 

Filter Stats by Time 

Use the time filter on the top right to filter the usage stats by time period. The downtime filter option varies as per the selected Zia component (Zia actions/blended conversations):

This week - Displays data for the current week (Sunday - Saturday)

Last 7 days - Displays data for the last 7 days from the current date

This month - Displays data for the current month (day 1 - day 31)

Last 30 days - Displays data for the last 30 days from the current date

This quarter - Displays data for the current yearly quarter (Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4)

Last 90 days - Displays data for the last 90 days from the current date

 

 

Limitation: Currently, usage stats for blended conversation will be available only from Oct 2024.
