Usage Stats

Usage stats provide a computed summary of actions invoked via Zia. The stats help administrators identify actions frequently accessed by users and measure the performance of each action.

Currently, only actions invoked via blended conversations and Zia actions are listed under usage stats.

Role Required: SDAdmin

Use Cases 

Organizations can understand users' engagement with Zia actions and blended conversations to:

• Identify actions that are frequently accessed by users and add more details to assist users further.
• Improve actions with most failed cases.
• Delete or revamp actions that are least accessed by users.

Access Usage Stats 

Go to Setup > Zia > Zia Chatbot > Usage Stats.

By default, the usage stats for Zia Actions are displayed. Use the drop-down next to the Usage Stats title to view the stats for blended conversations.

The following tables display the usage stats for selected Zia component (Zia actions/blended conversations):

• Total Invocations - List the total number of actions invoked via Zia and their completed, canceled, and failed rates.
• Top 5 Actions - Lists the top 5 actions frequently invoked by users.
• Usage Stats - Lists the number of times each action was invoked, along with their success rates. In the Usage Stats table, you can:
  • Click to search through the actions listed.
  • Click to modify the number of records displayed and sort through the actions.

Filter Stats by Time 

Use the time filter on the top right to filter the usage stats by time period. The downtime filter option varies as per the selected Zia component (Zia actions/blended conversations):
