ServiceDesk Plus cloud allows you to configure project additional fields to collect specific project information.
Role Required: SDAdmin
You can configure different types of additional fields as follows:
Single Line
Multi Line
Pick List
Numeric
Date/Time
Multi-Select
Phone
Web URL
Check Box
Radio Button
Currency
Decimal
Percentage
Auto Number
Decision Box
Lookup

Go to Setup > Customization > Additional Fields.
Choose Project Additional Fields from the drop-down menu.
Click New Field.
Fill out the following fields.

Provide a name. |

Encrypt this field |
Option to encrypt sensitive information in additional fields. You can encrypt single line, multi line, pick list, email, and phone fields. You can encrypt a field only when creating it.
Once you encrypt a field, you cannot undo it.

Default Value |
Provide a default value. This value will be pre-populated in the form. |

Description |
Add a short description about the field. |

Click Save.

Additional fields will be displayed on the New/Edit Project form, New/Edit Project Template form, and project details page.
Use the Actions
icon beside the field name to edit/delete it.
