Maintenance Calendar View

The Calendar View displays the generated and upcoming requests/changes maintenances in daily, weekly, and monthly calendars. Generated requests/changes are marked in green and scheduled requests are marked in blue. You can switch to Calendar View by clicking the icon.

In the calendar view, you can:

 

 

Viewing Maintenance Summary

You can view an outline of maintenance details by hovering over the subject link of the maintenance.

 

 

To view the requests/changes generated by the maintenance on a specific day, click the respective colored cell in the date column. 

Clicking a maintenance subject will open a pop-up displaying key details of the maintenance. Click the view details icon in the pop-up to open its details page. 

Create Request/Change Maintenances

Click New Maintenance to create a maintenance request. Know more.

 

 

Filters

You can filter maintenances based on:

States: Filter maintenances based on specific states (active, suspended, completed) or all states.

Request Type: Request maintenances can be filtered based on the request type: incident, service, or both.

Sites: Filter maintenances based on their sites.

 

Time: To view maintenance scheduled for the specific period,

You can also use the navigation icons  to view maintenance of previous or upcoming months.

 

Search Maintenances

Click the icon on the maintenance column. Type the search text and press Enter.

 

Generate Requests/Changes Instantly

To generate requests and changes instantly for ongoing maintenance, click the icon beside the maintenance subject in the template view and confirm your action. A request or change will be created under respective modules.

You can view the summary of generated requests under Generated Requests in the request maintenance details page and of changes under Generated Changes in the change maintenance details page.
