The SDAdmin can define closure codes specific to the release processes in their organizations. Using closure codes, users can provide details on whether a release request is closed due to cancellation, rejection, completion, or other reasons. Users can apply closure codes in the Close stage of release requests. The SDAdmin can also set up release closure rules to mandate the submission of closure code by users.
The application comes with built-in closure codes, which the SDAdmin can customize. For efficient usage of closure codes, we recommend that you do not add more than 10 closure codes.
The following table describes in detail each default closure code:

Go to Setup
>> Customization >> Release Management >> Closure Code.
Click New Closure Code button to create a closure code.
Provide a name and description for the closure code.
Click Save.

Use the Settings icon beside a closure code to edit or delete the closure code.
