Template View displays release requests as an extensive list. All important information of a release request is displayed as fixed columns, whereas all other information is available under the request subject.
The summary of tasks in release requests, along with the percentage completed, is indicated in the template view using an interactive pie chart icon.
Role Required: Users with View Releases permission.

Apply Row Colors
You can filter the release requests in your template view page based on specific criteria to create your own customized page of release requests. To learn more, refer to Release Custom Views.
helps you customize the information to be displayed under the release title. You can choose up to 70 columns to view on the release template view page and re-order the columns using the

You can search through all columns present in the release template view.
Click the
icon on the toolbar.
Select the criteria and value. You can add several criteria by clicking
icon.
Click Search.

Create new release requests by clicking the New Release button on the toolbar. Use the
icon to create a release request using predefined templates.

You can select multiple release requests and perform bulk operations such as delete, pick up, close, or assign several release requests to a technician in one go.
You can customize the layout of the template view by clicking Table Settings icon

Records per page: Limit the number of release requests displayed on a page.
Sort By Column: Sort and view release requests based on the criteria listed in the drop-down.
Refresh Frequency: Set a 3, 5, 10, or a 30-minute interval to auto-refresh the template view page.
Edit/Delete Releases - You can edit/delete an individual release request by clicking the
icon.
View Notes - Click the Notes icon
to view/add notes to the request. If no notes are added to the release request, the icon will appear grey. Once you add a note, the icon will turn yellow.
View Release Workflow - Hover over the Workflow
icon to preview the workflow applied. The workflow icon appears with different colors to indicate the status. Click the icon to view the workflow and the current position of the release request in the workflow.
Preview Summary of Release Request - Hover over the release request title to preview the vital details as a popup. You can click the
icon in the pop-up to view the release request in calendar view.
Monitor Tasks - You can view all task-related information at a glance under the Tasks column. The task information is displayed using a pie chart that shows the number of tasks associated with the request and progress in completing them.
Hover over the pie chart to view the task details briefly such as the total pending tasks, completed tasks, and assigned tasks.

: Indicates the release workflow is in progress.
: Indicates the release workflow is completed.
: Indicates that no release workflow is associated.
: Indicates that the release workflow is failed or stopped temporarily.
: Indicated that the release workflow is violated.
: Indicates general release requests.
: Indicates emergency release requests.
: Indicates that no notes are added to the release request.
: Indicates that notes are added to the release request.
: Indicates invalid workflow (appears in the Workflow column along with the additional details)
: Indicates VIP requesters.
