Generate Unavailability Report
Role required: SDAdmin, SDSiteAdmin, and SDCo-ordinator.
With custom reports, you can create reports for technician unavailability based on configured date, duration, unavailability category, and more.
To do that,
- Go to Reports.
- Click New Custom Report.
- On the New Custom Report form, enter the following details:
- Report Title *: Name the report.
- Type *: Choose the report type.
- Module *: Select Unavailability from the drop-down.
- Click Proceed to Report wizard.

- On the Custom Reports form,
- Select the columns to be displayed on the report.
- Use filter options to set fine-grained conditions to generate specific report data.
- Select the required columns to group and sort the report data.
- (Numeric columns only) Select columns you require a summary for.
- Select the chart type, if required.

• Click Run Report.

You should now see a preview of the generated report.

- Click Edit on the left to make changes if needed.
- Click Save Report.
- Edit the report title if needed.
- Set accessibility to enable users to access the report.
- In the Save-in Folder drop-down, select an existing folder in which you want to save the generated report. Click the plus icon next to the drop-down to create a new folder.
- (Reports with chart type only) Enable Access to Dashboard to display the report as a widget in the Dashboard.
- Click Save.
- You can view the saved report on the Custom Reports list view under the chosen folder.
Other actions
You can also perform the following actions on the generated report.
- Click Schedule on the top-left to configure how often reports must be generated.
- Click Mail this report on the top-left to mail the report.
- Click Print Preview on the top-right to print the report.
- Click the Export as drop-down on the top-right to download the report in HTML, PDF, XLS, XLSX, and CSV formats.
- Click Cancel on the top-left to go back to the Reports home page.
