Zia Actions

Administrators can limit actions displayed in the Zia Chatbot to specific users based on user permissions.

By default, the actions pre-configured in Zia are listed. You can create custom actions and limit access to the actions.

Actions enabled for technicians can be limited to specific roles.

 

Manage Zia Actions

You can navigate to the Zia developer console to import gallery actions or create your own custom actions.

You can also click  beside an action name to view the action details from the developer console.

Search Zia Actions 

Click to perform a column search through the actions list.

 

Table Settings 

Click to limit the records displayed on the page and set a sort order.

 

 An error will be thrown if a user performs a Zia action outside their scope of permissions, even if the SDAdmin has enabled the action.  
If all Zia actions are disabled for a user group (specific roles, technicians, or requesters) the Zia Chatbot icon will not be displayed for those users.
