List View 

The maintenance list view is a compact, tabular view. It lists the maintenances and their basic details. By default, all maintenances are displayed in the list view. The following list of actions can be performed from the list view:

 

 

Use the module drop-down to navigate to the relevant module.

 

 

Create and Manage Maintenance

You can create and schedule recurring maintenance activities from the maintenance list view. Click here to learn more.

Filters

You can filter the maintenances based on:

States: Filter maintenances based on specific states (active, suspended, completed) or all states.

Request Type: Request maintenances can be filtered based on the request type: incident, service, or both.

Sites: Filter maintenances based on their sites.

 

 

Color Code Request/Change/Task Maintenances

Click the Row Color Settings icon on the top right of the toolbar to color code the request/change/task maintenances. Know more.

 

 

Customize List View Layout

Using the Table Settings   icon on the top right of the toolbar, you can:

 

 

Choose Columns to be Displayed

Column chooser helps you customize the information you want to view on the list view page. You can choose up to 70 columns. Reorder columns using the icon.

 

 

Search Maintenances

Click the search  icon on the toolbar to search through maintenances based on column criteria.

 

 

You cannot search for maintenances using any of the date fields.

Generate Requests/Changes/Tasks Instantly  

To generate a request instantly from ongoing maintenance, click the icon beside the required maintenance and confirm your action.

 

Alternatively,

A request or change will be created under respective modules.

You can view the summary of generated requests under Generated Requests on the request maintenance details page, of changes under Generated Changes on the change maintenance details page, and of tasks under Generated Tasks on the task maintenance details page.

You will be notified when the request or change or task generation fails.  Click the notifications icon  in the header to view the notification.

Edit/Delete/Suspend/Resume Maintenances

Click beside a maintenance to edit, delete, or suspend it. For suspended maintenance, the Resume option will be available.

 

 

Alternatively, you can perform these actions from the maintenance details page. Click the Actions menu and select the required option.

 

 

Suspended maintenance is sealed SUSPENDED in their details page.
