Asset Management


The inventory module of the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud enables you to keep track of the various assets available in your organization and their corresponding usage and availability. It also helps you monitor your assets online in any of the networks in your firm. This helps you in proactively planning your resource allocation and purchases. Before you start using the inventory module, you have to configure the inventory-related information. The inventory-related configurations are:
